What this page covers
This policy covers the marketing website at keydros.com (the “Website”). It does not cover the Keydros dashboard and the notice pages at dashboard.keydros.com, which process more data and have their own Privacy Policy. If you received a Keydros notice about a FiveM server, that policy is the one that applies to you.
Who we are
Keydros is a service operated by Brick Software LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Brick Software LLC is the controller of personal data processed through the Website. You can reach us at hello@keydros.com.
What this website collects
The Website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, no comment fields and no search. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, social-media widgets, embedded video or third-party fonts, and it does not set or read cookies or similar browser storage. See Cookies & tracking.
The only personal data created by visiting is the technical record every web server keeps: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the response status, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use these server logs to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. They are held on our hosting infrastructure (Hetzner) for a short operational period and are not used to profile visitors.
When you contact us
The Website links out to channels where you can contact us. We do not receive anything from those channels until you use them:
- Discord. The “Book an audit” links open our Discord server. Discord, Inc. processes your account data under its own privacy policy. We see the username, display name and messages you send us.
- Email. If you email hello@keydros.com we receive your address, the content of your message and any attachments.
We use what you send only to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to scope an audit and onboard your studio. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Legal bases (where GDPR or UK GDPR applies): our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
The Keydros service
Keydros finds FiveM servers running a studio’s MLOs and maps without a licence and contacts the owners. That work involves personal data about server owners and studio staff (for example Cfx.re usernames, server IP addresses and hosting providers), but none of it happens on this Website. It is described in full in the dashboard Privacy Policy, including where we get that data, the lawful basis we rely on, and how to object or ask for deletion.
Who receives data
- Hosting. Hetzner provides the servers the Website runs on and processes request data for us as a service provider.
- Discord. If you contact us there, as above.
- Authorities and advisers. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to establish or defend legal claims, or to our professional advisers under a duty of confidence.
- Business transfer. If Brick Software LLC is sold or reorganised, personal data may move to the successor under the same commitments as this policy.
We do not sell personal data and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law.
International transfers
Brick Software LLC is based in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States when you contact us. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum) or an equivalent safeguard with our service providers.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Web server logs | A short operational period, then deleted or overwritten |
| Enquiries that do not become a customer relationship | Up to 24 months, then deleted |
| Customer correspondence and contract records | For the life of the relationship, then as long as tax, accounting and contract-claim limitation periods require |
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you have given. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have equivalent rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing (which we do not do), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Email hello@keydros.com. We will reply within 30 days, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Website and the Keydros service are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who have contacted us, we will tell them using the contact details they gave us.
